ARTS CUP (Art, South Park Cultural Urban Project) is a non-profit devoted to the promotion of the education and appreciation of worldwide cultural contributions to the Arts to the San Diego Community through teaching, the development of music tutorial programs, dance, acting, and public performances. Additionally, its secondary intent is to diminish the broadening educational deficit emerging from the decreasing emphasis in the teaching of the Arts due to Local and State budget cuts in the public school curriculum.
